Alaska Gold Basketball 2016-2017 Fall/Winter Team Tryouts
3rd Grade – 8th Grade Boys
We are pleased to announce our upcoming fall/winter tryout schedule and projected teams for this season. This year we will be forming teams for the following divisions:
3rd/4th Grade
5th/6th Grade
7th Grade
8th Grade
All tryouts will be held at the Mountain View Boys & Girls Club located at 315 Price St, Anchorage, AK. There will be a $10 tryout fee. This fee is required at the time of registration. Register on the day of tryouts or online by filling out the form below.
TRYOUT SCHEDULE
Monday, August 15th
5:30pm-6:30pm 3rd – 4th Grade Boys
6:30pm-7:30pm 5th – 6th Grade Boys
Wednesday, August 17th
5:30pm-6:30pm 7th Grade Boys
6:30pm-7:30pm 8th Grade Boys
A complete program letter which will detail the season cost, program and coaching assignments will be announced by August 14th.

REGISTRATION AGREEMENT
In enrolling at the Alaska Gold Basketball Program, participant understands that attending the programs and utilizing any facility used by the Alaska Gold Basketball Program does so at their own risk. The Alaska gold Basketball Program and its owners, volunteers or agents shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from any personal injury or property loss sustained by the participant with his family in or about any program on any premises. Participants and parents assume full responsibility for all injuries and damages which occur in or about any programs on the premises. He does hereby fully and forever release discharged hold harmless the Alaska Gold Basketball Program, all associated facilities and its owner(s), volunteer staff, coaches and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages or rights of action, present or future resulting from any person’s participation in any programs or use of the facility. In addition, the participant agree(s) to follow the rules of conduct and play set by the Alaska Gold Basketball Program. Failure to do so may result in suspension from participation. Consent: I the undersigned parent or guardian/participant do hereby grant authority to the staff at the Alaska Gold Basketball Program to render a judgement concerning medical assistance or hospital care in the event of an accident or illness during my absence. I do hereby authorize the Alaska Gold Basketball Program and its agents to utilize any and all photographs, pictures or other likeness of me or anyone assigned guardianship to me, as they deem appropriate in its promotional materials or team films/video.
